Here is a

.  The Russians have

Berlin maker
crafted the post card.  There is a nicely
written note and addressee
.  I just can not make out the European style of writing.  The photo is in black and white, has decent detail and was never sent.  The Card is in fair to fair plus condition and could be 108 years old.
